St. Anne’s-Belfield School (VA) sophomore attackman Phillip Robertson has made a verbal commitment to play Division I lacrosse at the University of North Carolina.

Attended Jake Reed’s Nike Blue Chip, Fall Terrapin Classic, Quaker Laxfest, and UPLax this fall with Duke’s LC.
Academic honors: Junior Honor Association, Latin Honor Society, Spanish Honor Society
What will you major in/study? Undecided
Why did you choose the school? “I chose North Carolina because of the outstanding balance of academics and lacrosse. The location and size of the school made it a great fit for me. Coach (Joe) Breschi and the entire coaching staff made me feel welcomed as soon as I stepped on campus for my visit. The emphasis Coach Breschi puts on family and academics, along with lacrosse is extremely important to me.”
What is your team’s outlook for next season? We should have a stronger team this year than last year. We have great team chemistry, and our goal is to reach the state championship.”
