1. McDonogh School (MD) 22-0 Prev: No. 1
The Eagles won their eighth straight IAAM title and completed their seventh consecutive undefeated season with their 155th straight win, 15-7 over Roland Park.
2. St. Stephen’s & St. Agnes (VA) 25-1 Prev: No. 2
The Saints handled Bishop Ireton, 12-5, in the Virginia Indepenedent School championship.
3. Garden City (NY) 18-1 Prev: No. 3
The Trojans defeated Long Beach and Manhasset to win the Class B Section 8 championship. They’ll take on Eastport-South Manor for the Long Island crown on Sunday.
4. Christian Brothers (NY) 18-0 Prev: No. 6
The Brothers defeated Fayetteville-Manlius and Cicero-North Syracuse to win the Class A Section 3 championship.
5. Summit (N.J.) 21-1 Prev: No. 8
The Hilltoppers defeated Northern Highlands and Chatman to win the North Jersey Group 3 championship and will face Moorestown for the state title Saturday at Kean University.
6. Bishop Ireton (VA) 18-3 Prev: No. 5
The Cardinals fell to No. 2 St. Stephen’s & St. Agnes, 12-5, in the Virginia Independent school championship.
7. Good Counsel (MD) 18-3 Prev: No. 7
The Falcons suffered a heartbreaking 10-9 loss to Bishop Ireton in the DC WAC title game.
8. Darien (CT) 16-1-1 Prev: No. 11
The Blue Wave edged New Canaan, 12-11, in overtime for its fifth straight FCIAC title. Susanaah Ropp had the game-winner.
9. Mt. Sinai (NY) 15-3
The Mustangs defeated Shoreham-Wading River and then shocked previously undefeated Bayport-Blue Point, 6-5, to win the Class C Section 11 championship and will meet Cold Spring Harbor for the Long Island title Sunday.
10. Manchester Valley (MD) 19-1 Prev: No. 16
The Maverick blitzed Fallston, 22-3, to repeat as state 2A/1A champions.
11. Ridgewood (N.J.) 18-2 Prev: No. 17
The Maroons defeated Hillsborough and Bridgewater-Raritan to win the North Jersey Group 4 championship and will face Shawnee for the state title Saturday.
12. Glenelg (MD) 17-3 Prev: No. 19
The Gladiators routed Oakdale, 14-1, in the Public 3A/2A championship.
13. West Islip (NY) 15-4 Prev: NR
The Lions downed Smithtown West, 9-8, for the Section !! Class A title and meet Massapequa for the Long Island title Sunday.
14. Roland Park (MD) 15-4 Prev: No. 14
The Reds fell to McDonogh, 15-7, in the IAAM “A” Conference championship game.
15. Conestoga (PA) 21-1 Prev: No. 9
The Pioneers bounced back from a loss to Radnor in the District 1 quarterfinals and face Kennard-Dale Saturday in the state quarterfinals.
16. Bayport-Blue Point (NY) 17-1
The Phantoms fell to Mt. Sinai in the Class C Section 11 title game to end their season.
17. Radnor (PA) 18-6 Prev: NR
The Raiders won the District 1 championship and face Bishop Shanahan Saturday in the state quarterfinals.
18. Colorado Academy (CO) 18-0; Prev: No. 18
The Mustangs edged Cherry Creek, 9-8, for their second straight CHSAA Championship.
19. Novato (CA) 24-0 Prev: No. 20
The Hornets claimed the NCS Division I title after a close 10-9 victory over Monte Vista.
20. Westwood (MA) 19-1 Prev: NR
The Wolverines played Duxbury Thursday in the state playoffs.
